About Simple Retreat Days
The programme for the day is kept unstructured to provide maximum space for you.
The Centre will be silent, honouring the peace and quiet.
Each day will be facilitated by a spiritual accompanier or minister who will make time available for a one to one conversation in the Quiet Room should you require it.
Each day is intended to provide you with the space to “be” before God; to relax, reflect and pray and so renew your spiritual resources.
The day will begin at 9.30am with a brief introduction to the day and resources available. You may then spend the day as you wish and leave at a time that best suits you if you are unable to stay until 3.30pm.
