As we enter the season of Advent and prepare for the wonder and mystery of God coming to us in human form at Christmas we offer a quiet day of reflection and preparation. We will listen to words and music for the “Great Os”, the sentences that have been traditionally used before the Magnificat (the song of Mary) in the final week of Advent. Each of these give us a lens through which to contemplate an aspect of the coming of Jesus, as expressed through the prophecies of Isaiah.
9:30-3:30pm Please note that the day will have the same content as the Advent Quiet Day on 6th December
