Contemplative Dialogue is designed to facilitate a non-threatening, ‘safe place’ for open sharing and discussion. The focus of this new gathering will be on listening to ourselves and others, rather than formulating a response to what is being said.
Facilitated by our chaplain Joy Adams, Contemplative Dialogue is open to all and will follow on after our regular Space to Be meeting and a short break. It can help participants notice their own thinking in periods of silence, and hear others’ thinking as they speak.
Initially, Whirlow will run three sessions during the summer months. There is no need to book.
