Our monthly Simple Quiet Day falls in Holy Week this year. The first of four Holy Week evening reflections will be at 7pm.
Simple Quiet Day @ 9.45am
These days are intended to provide you with the space to “be” before God; to relax, reflect and pray and so to renew your spiritual resources. The space available will be kept as quiet as possible.
The day is for a maximum of 12 participants and begins with a Reflective Communion service. Please bring your own lunch: drinks are provided.
9:45am - Holy Communion with reflection and resources offered for use during the day
12:30pm - Midday prayer
3:30pm - Gathering together and prayer
3:45pm - Depart
The programme is kept simple to provide maximum space. Use what is offered in so far as it is helpful. Please book your place (£15) below.
Holy Tuesday Reflection @ 7pm - Cleansing the Temple: Anger
All four Holy Week reflections are inspired by gospel passages and sonnets by poet / priest Malcolm Guite. 7 - 8pm with refreshments from 6.30pm. No need to book, donations will be welcome.
The cost of the Simple Quiet Day is £15, payable in advance.
