The poetry of Welsh priest-poet R S Thomas can be a valuable resource for prayer and meditation and will be used as such on this day.
Through words and images, Thomas explored testing aspects of faith. He was aware of seeming absence as well as the mystery of presence.
This quiet day will provide an opportunity to reflect on some of his most accessible poems that can nourish personal faith. There will be guided introductions, silence and opportunity to share insights so participants can explore the poems prayerfully, relating them to their own spiritual journeying.
The day will be led and facilitated by Revd Graham Pigott.
Places on this day are £20. Please book yours below.
