This is a day for education professionals of all faiths and none.
It will offer an opportunity at the start of a New Year to step back, reflect, be mindful and build up inner resources. It is a full day out from the every-moment pressures and demands of front-line education.
Led by Ben Harper of Space to Breathe, this experiential day draws wisdom from positive psychology, social anthopology and spirituality. Ben uses his Wellbeing Triangle as a way into helping people live well, fully and deeply: the model encourages better connection to ourselves, others and the Other (which some might call God).
Soulful Wellbeing will include plenty of time for pause and reflection as well as equipping attendees to continue to nurture their soul once back at work. It will make time for personal insight, reflection, humour and creativity.
