Led by Jeremy Clines, Anglican Chaplain to the University of Sheffield.
Deep Talk Days use principles of life-coaching, peer-to-peer group work and story-ing to explore questions of identity and life-purpose. These days are suitable for adults of any age at any stage of life. Each day is stand alone, although attending more than one will have a cumulative effect.
Although Deep Talk is very much rooted in Christian traditions, these days are useful to and inclusive of people of all beliefs.
Deep Talk is an adaption of Godly Play, which is Jerome Berryman’s combination of Montesorri educational principles, Christian spiritual accompaniment and stories from the Jewish-Christian scriptures. Deep Talk uses some of these sacred stories and a mixture of more contemporary tales to allow participants to ask deep questions from a new vantage point.
The day will begin at 10.15am and close at approx 3.30pm. Please bring your own lunch, drinks are provided.
